Angkor Transports

The millenium-old ruins of the Angkorian-era Khmer Empire deep in the jungle have many tourists these days, but it is still possible to get away from the crowd, explore the area and discover the ancient temples of Angkor. The park encompasses dozens of ruins including Bayon, Ta Prohm and the legendary Angkor Wat. Others like Banteay Srei, Kbal Spean, The River of 1000 Lingas, and the ancient capital of Rolous are further afield.

Your itinerary depends largely on the length of your visit, though some ruins are must-see. The visual impact of Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom, particularly on your first visit, is awesome. The mere sight of Ta Prohm, a temple overgrown by massive fig and silk-cotton trees, leaves you breathless.

Admission Fees to Angkor Park:

Angkor was the largest pre-industrial city in the world, with an elaborate system of infrastructure connecting an urban sprawl of at least 1,000 square kilometres to the well-known temples at its core. The sheer dimension of the Park is stunning, therefore I would like to show you the temples at your own pace and at the time you wish – it is essential to make a good plan before we head off.
